■ RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY ■
Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defective. We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
If a product(s) is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us as soon you discover the fault. We will repair the fault if possible. In the case that we are unable to repair it, we will replace the product or refund the payment.
